摘要
对因端部发热而退出运行的复合绝缘子进行温升试验,确定其热源在高压端护套表层。进一步结合憎水性、盐密、灰密测试和电子探针显微分析,研究复合绝缘子伞套理化特性。结果表明,高压端伞套老化最为严重,老化主要集中发生在浅表层,与温升试验结果一致。
Temperature rise test for composite insulators which was out of service caused by end-heating was implemented.The heat source was on the surface of the high voltage end sheath.Combined with the hydrophobicity test,salt density test,ash density test and electron probe microanalysis,the physicochemical properties of the sheath of composite insulator was studied.The results showed that the high voltage end of sheath aged most seriously,and the aging mainly occurs on the shallow surface,which was consistent with the temperature rise test results.
