电子灸联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨电子灸联合加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床效果。方法:60例PHN患者随机分为三组,研究组(20例)予以电子灸联合服用加巴喷丁治疗,对照组1(20例)仅口服加巴喷丁治疗,对照组2(20例)仅应用电子灸治疗,观察三组的临床效果及不良反应情况。结果:治疗1个月后,研究组有效率明显高于对照组1以及对照组2(x~2值分别为4.12、5.00,P值均<0.05);根据视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对疼痛程度评分,治疗后1周、2周、1月,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组1以及对照组2(P值均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率与对照组1、2比较均无明显差异(P值均>0.05)。结论:电子灸联合加巴喷丁治疗PHN的疗效高于单用加巴喷丁或者电子灸疗效,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of electronic moxibustion combined with gabapentin for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia( PHN). Methods: 60 patients with PHN were randomly divided into three groups. The study group was treated with electronic moxibustion plus gabapentin,while the control group 1 was treated with gabapentin,and the control group 2 was treated by electronic moxibustion. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the three groups were observed. Results: After treating for one month,the clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group 1 and control group 2( x~2= 4. 12,5. 00,P < 0. 05). According to the visual analogue scale( VAS) on the pain score after treatment,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than the control group 1 and control group 2( P < 0. 05).The rate of adverse reactions in three groups had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of electronic moxibustion combined with gabapentin in the treatment of PHN is higher than that of gabapentin or electronic moxibustion. It is worthy of clinical application.
