摘要
卵巢储备功能降低(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)患者常常发生卵巢低反应,获卵数少,给患者和社会带来了极大的心理和经济负担。应用药物辅助治疗,改善卵巢反应性,提高卵子细胞质量是现今的研究热点之一。临床常用的药物有生长激素(growth hormone,GH)、脱氢表雄酮(dehydroepiandrosterone,DHEA)、辅酶Q10(coenzyme Q10,CoQ10)和褪黑素等,本文就DOR患者的辅助治疗研究进展做如下综述。
