心脏磁共振电影成像质控因素探讨

摘要
目的通过实验设计调整扫描参数、心律药物调控及不同匀场方法并回顾性分析图像质量,探讨心脏电影扫描中的质控因素。方法对本院门诊和住院部25例心脏磁共振检查患者在心脏电影扫描过程中不同VPS(每个心动周期内所采集的K空间数目)、不同心律状态及不同匀场方法所获得的心脏电影图像进行盲评并记录,所用设备为GE公司Signa 1.5T HDxt磁共振扫描仪。结果不同VPS、心律药物调控前后、不同匀场方法都会影响磁共振心脏电影图像。结论磁共振心脏电影成像过程中参数设置、药物辅助调控以及匀场方法都会影响图像质量并影响诊断和鉴别诊断的准确性,在磁共振心脏电影成像过程中质量控制和质量保证至关重要,心律不齐患者磁共振心脏电影成像也需要合理的药物调节。
        Objective To study the quality control factors through adjusting scanning parameters,regulatingrhythm and using different shimming methods,reviewed cardiac cine images retrospectively. Methods 25 patients un-derwent cardiac cine images blindly,these images were acquired with different VPS,different cardiac rhythm and differ-ent shimming methods.The equipment was GE Signa 1.5T HDxt MR. Results The image quality was influenced bydifferent VPS,different cardiac rhythm and different shimming methods. Conclusion Parameters setting,medicine assis-tance regulation and applied shimming methods can influence final cardiac cine image quality and the accuracy of di-agnosis and differential diagnosis.Quality control and quality assurance is really important in the process of cardiaccine imaging.Patients with arrhythmia should take oral medicine.
