四川省甘孜州矿业可持续发展研究

摘要
矿业是甘孜藏族自治州的支柱产业之一,矿业开发是推进甘孜藏区经济快速发展的动力,是改善农牧民生活条件的有效措施,是建设矿业相关产业,保障国家急需矿产品供给的源泉。然而,甘孜州矿业的发展又和其他产业之间存在相互依存相互影响的关系,一方面矿业开发是发展其他产业的动力基础,另一方面却又制约着某些其他产业的快速发展。甘孜州矿业开发过程中,存在着影响生态环境、地质勘查投入不够、产品布局和结构不合理、设备工艺落后等问题,本文针对以上问题提出了一些建议,希望能为甘孜州矿业活动带来一定的参考。
Mining Industry is one of the pillar industries of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Mining development is the need of promoting the development of Tibetan areas in Ganzi, achieving the strategic goal of "three steps", increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen, improving people's livelihood and the construction superiority mineral product deep processing base, safeguarding the national urgent need mineral product. However, there is a subtle relationship between Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture's mining development and other industries. On the one hand, mining development is the foundation and driving force for the development of other industries; on the other hand, it restricts the development of other industries. In the course of mining development in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, there are many problems, such as influence ecological environment, insufficient investment in geological exploration, unreasonable product layout and structure, backward equipment and technology, etc. It is hoped that this article will serve as a reference for mining activities in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
