摘要

介绍了一种具有良好切削加工特性的铸造铝黄铜户外电气元件新材料。铸造铝黄铜新材料(ZCu Zn34AL2Mn2Fe1Pb2):是在国家标准的基础上微调了元素含量,加入了Pb,具有户外电气元件使用要求的机械性能、耐腐蚀性能、电导率,最重要的是拥有良好的切削加工性能。
        This paper studies the have good machining properties of cast aluminum brass outdoor electrical components and new materials.Casting aluminum brass(ZCu Zn34AL2Mn2Fe1Pb2) : new materials on the basis of national standards for fine tune the element content, joined the Pb, has the requirements of the use of outdoor electrical components and mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, the most important thing is having good machinability.
