摘要
基于某大型重载平台的行走装置设计项目,在深入研究有限元理论和接触建模技术的基础上,建立了大平衡梁和轴的有限元模型。通过Ansys装配技术将大平衡梁和轴配合起来,真实地模拟了平衡梁的受力状况,并进行强度计算分析,得出大平衡梁的应力分布情形,为减重优化提供了很好的参考。
Based on the design project of a travelling device for a large heavy-duty platform and on the basis of in-depth study of finite element theory and contact modeling technology, the finite element model of large balance beam and shaft are established. Through the Ansys assembly technology, the large balance beam and the shaft are matched, the stress state of the balance beam is truly simulated, and the strength calculation and analysis are carried out to obtain the stress distribution of the large balance beam, which provides a good reference for weight reduction optimization.
