摘要
借助Moldex 3D软件,本研究针对压缩成型长玻纤增强(LFT-D)电池箱进行模拟。对电池箱体的翘曲、玻纤取向和走胶困气等进行了预测;并对比壁厚、预填料布置和工艺等对于变形的影响。本文对LFT-D电池箱的模压成型进行模拟,对于LFT-D电池箱开发具有重要指导意义,希望通过本文提出的意见能够为新能源行业作出贡献。
        With the aid of Moldex 3 D software, the compression molding long glass fiber reinforced(LFT-D)battery box was simulated. The warping deformation, glass fiber orientation and trapping gas of the battery box are predicted in this research. The effects of wall thickness, prepacking arrangement and process on deformation are compared. In this paper, the modeling of LFT-D battery box is simulated, which is of great significance for the development of LFT-D battery box. It is hoped that this paper can contribute to the new energy industry through the advice put forward in this paper.
