摘要
采煤机是一种可以切煤,破煤,装煤的机器。它代表了综合机械化煤矿设备的核心,其工作条件的稳定性和可靠性限制了矿山的生产。剪切误差通常可分为机械传动误差,液压系统故障和电气系统故障。机械传动故障,液压系统故障和电气系统故障的性质相对简单,易于分析和处理。电牵引剪切电气系统的维护和故障分析提供了改善剪切稳定性和可靠性的有效手段。它可以减少采煤机的突然故障,减少采煤机的故障处理时间,提高整体开采能力,对矿山生产任务的效率和保证非常重要。
        Shearer is a machine that can cut coal, break coal and load coal. It represents the core of comprehensive mechanized coal mine equipment, and the stability and reliability of its working conditions limit the production of mines. Shear error can be divided into mechanical transmission error, hydraulic system failure and electrical system failure. Mechanical transmission failure, hydraulic system failure and electrical system failure are relatively simple in nature and easy to analyze and handle. Maintenance and fault analysis of electric traction shear system provide an effective means to improve shear stability and reliability. It can reduce the sudden failure of the shearer, reduce the failure handling time of the shearer and improve the overall mining capacity, which is very important to the efficiency and guarantee of mine production tasks.
