摘要
介绍了异步电动机电磁噪声的产生原因,并详细介绍了电磁力的有限元计算方法。并以一台1200kW-8异步电动机为例,建立电机有限元模型,计算电机的电磁力大小,并对其进行傅立叶分解,求出各次谐波的电磁力大小。
This paper describes the cause of producing electromagnetic noise of asynchronous motor,and introduces a finite-element method of calculating electromagnetic force in detail. Taking a 1200 kW-8 asynchronous motor as an example,a finite-element model of the motor is established,and the size of electromagnetic force is calculated. Based on Fourier decomposition of it,the sizes of electromagnetic forces with each harmonic are determined.
