电网资产统一身份编码信息系统建设及应用

摘要
为加强电网资产各业务信息联通,打通各专业信息壁垒,文章通过为电网资产赋予唯一的终生不变的电网资产统一身份编码(简称:实物ID编码),贯通电网资产各阶段管理中存在的项目编码、WBS编码、物料编码、设备编码和资产编码。实现实物资产在规划计划、采购建设、运维检修和退役报废全寿命周期内信息共享与追溯,提升公司资产精益化管理水平。
In order to strengthen the communication between various business information of grid assets, break in information barriers, this paper gives the unique project code(referred as physical ID code)to grid assets, connects the various manage stages project code, such as WBS code, material code, equipment code and asset code linkage. It realizes physical assets information sharing and tracing during the planning, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance, decommissioning and scrapped life cycle of physical assets throughout, and can enhance the lean management of corporate assets.
