摘要
近年来,电解铝工业发展迅猛,电解铝厂的规模越来越大,但这也造成了电解铝厂物流运输量大的问题。本文针对某铝厂建设规模为年产90万吨电解铝,应用新型铝液轨道运输技术,将电解车间与铸造车间进行无缝链接,提高了自动化水平和劳动生产率,降低了生产运输成本。这在电解铝行业是一个创造性的尝试,同时也为将来电解铝厂实现智能化物流奠定了基础。
        In recent years aluminum smelters become more and more large with the rapid development of aluminum industry,but which causes the problem of large logistics and transportation in aluminum smelters. A new aluminum liquid railway transportation technology is adopted for a smelter with 900 kt/a aluminum,which can increase the level of automation and labour productivity and reduce the cost of production and transportation by seamless connection of potrooms and the cast house. This is a creative attempt in aluminum smelting field. At the same time it can establish the basic to realize intelligent logistics in aluminum smelters in the future.
