摘要
为了解决人造板胶黏剂制备过程中人工取样测定胶黏剂粘度效率低和数据滞后的问题,设计一种新型扭矩式胶黏剂在线黏度监测器。该粘度监测器由传感器、直流稳压器和黏度表三部分组成。传感器主要由扭矩弹簧和可变电阻器组成,安装在反应釜搅拌轴的减速器和搅拌器之间,直流稳压器为传感器提供稳定的12V稳压直流电源。工作时,随着胶黏剂粘度的增加,扭矩弹簧的扭角增大,使可变电阻的阻值减少,电路中电流增大,然后将电流表值换算成相应的粘度值通过表盘示出,实现对胶黏剂生产过程中的粘度在线监测。该扭矩式胶黏剂在线黏度监测器结构简单,制造成本低,维护方便,检测精度高,经济实用,适合中小型人造板企业及胶黏剂专业生产企业使用。
        In order to solve the problem of artificial sampling to determine the adhesive viscosity low efficiency and data delay during the Man-made board adhesive preparation process,design a new torque adhesives on-line viscosity monitor.The viscosity detector consists of three parts,they are the sensing device,Dc voltage regulator and viscosity table,installed in reaction kettle of the reducer shaft and agitator between shaft Dc voltage regulator supply for the system a stable DC voltage of 12V.When it works,along with the adhesive viscosity increasing,torque spring torsion angle increasing,making variable resistance,resistance to reduce in the circuit current increasing,then the ammeter value converted to the corresponding viscosity value through the dial reading,realizing the adhesive production process of viscosity on-line monitoring.This torque type adhesives on-line viscosity monitor is simple in structure,manufacturing cost low,Easy maintenance,high accuracy,economic and practical,suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and wood-based panel adhesive specializing in the production of enterprises.
