摘要
利用季铵化反应,以1,6二溴己烷分别与吡啶、α-甲基吡啶和喹啉反应制备并表征了三种含不同氮杂环的双季铵盐:溴化1,6-二吡啶己烷(BPHD)、溴化1,6-二(α-甲基吡啶)己烷(BMHD)和溴化1,6-二喹啉己烷(BQHD)。采用电化学测试、静态失重实验等方法,研究了三种双季铵盐在15%盐酸溶液中对N80钢的缓蚀效果。失重实验表明三种双季铵盐在测试体系中均能起到明显的防腐蚀作用。其中BQHD的效果最佳,浓度为1.3×10~(-2)mol·L~(-1)时,在15%HCl、25℃下对N80钢的缓蚀率达92.7%。电化学测试表明,三种化合物都为混合型缓蚀剂,且在N80钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型。
Three diquaternary ammonium salts containing different nitrogen heterocyclic ring of 1,6-bis(pyridinium)hexane dibromide(BPHD)1,6-bis(α-methylpyridinium)hexane dibromide(BMHD)and 1,6-bis(quinoline)hexane dibromide(BQHD)were prepared and characterized by quaternization of 1,6-dibromohexane with pyridine,α-methylpyridine and quinolone.The inhibition effect of three diquaternary ammonium salts on N80 steel in 15%hydrochloric acid solutions had been investigated using electrochemical measurement,weight loss test.The results of weight loss test found that these compounds had remarkable inhibition efficiency for the tested system.BQHD had the best efficiency.In 15%HCl at 25℃,the inhibition efficiency of BQHD could reach up to 92.7%at the concentration of 1.3×10~(-2)M.Electrochemical measurement showed that the studied compounds acted as mixed type corrosion inhibitor.The adsorption of diquaternary ammonium salts on the surface of N80 steel followed Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
