男女农民工的生计资本对其城市发展意愿的影响

摘要
基于生计资本理论,从性别差异视角比较分析了女性农民工与男性农民工的生计资本状况和城市发展意愿,并通过多元逻辑斯蒂回归分析了生计资本对女性与男性农民工城市发展意愿的影响差异。结果显示:女性农民工的生计资本和城市发展意愿均显著低于男性农民工;生计资本对农民工的城市发展意愿具有显著影响,但是对不同性别农民工的影响存在差异:人力资本对女性农民工的城市发展意愿无显著影响,社会资本和金融资本对女性农民工的城市发展意愿具有显著影响;住房等物质资本对女性农民工的城市发展意愿影响显著,对男性农民工的城市发展意愿的影响不显著;老家的土地这一自然资本对女性农民工的城市发展意愿影响不显著,但是显著降低了男性农民工的城市发展意愿。
On the basis of the Livelihood Capital Theory,this essay compares the livelihood capital and city settlement intention of female and male migrant workers from the perspective of gender differences. And this essay analyzes the influence of livelihood capital on the female and male migrant workers. It is found that there is a significant difference in livelihood capital and city settlement intention between female and male migrant workers. And then it is also concluded that livelihood capital has a significant influence on the city settlement intention of migrant workers but the influence is different: the human capital has no significant influence on the female migrant workers' city settlement intention,but the social capital and financial capital has significant influence on the female migrant workers' city settlement intention; The influence of material capital on the city settlement intention of female migrant workers is significant,but the influence on thecity settlement intention of male migrant workers is not significant; The influence of natural capital on the city settlement intention of female migrant workers is not significant,but the influence on the settlement intention of male migrant workers is significant.
