高职留守学生焦虑与应对方式及对策研究

摘要
文章将江苏省连云港市三所五年制高职校和宿迁市两所五年制高职校463名"留守学生"作为样本数据,通过对"留守学生"的焦虑与应对方式进行测量,并作统计分析,提出五年制高职留守学生焦虑、应对方式的学校教育对策是:激发留守学生自强精神,培养信心;开展针对性心理疏导,采取积极应对方式;教育留守学生排除困挠,正视现实;开展丰富多彩活动,强化留守学生心理适应。
        Based on a case study of 463 "left-behind students" in three vocational five-year-program colleges in Lianyungang City and two vocational five-year-program colleges in Suqian City of Jiangsu province, this paper gives an assessment of their anxiety and the coping measures by the college authorities. The statistical analysis reveals the following coping measures: enhancement of their spirit of self-reliance and confidence, targeted psychological consultancy, efficient coping measures, timely eradication of difficulties, brave encounter with the reality, more beneficial activities and better psychological adaptation.
