系统护理对小儿预防接种的接种及时率和疼痛感及不良反应的影响

摘要
目的:探讨系统护理应用于小儿预防接种对其接种及时率、疼痛感以及不良反应的影响。方法:随机选取2016年4月—2018年4月进行预防接种的儿童280例为研究对象,采用数字表法分成两组,每组140例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予系统护理干预。观察并对比两组接种及时率、疼痛感评分、不良反应、护理满意度等情况。结果:观察组接种及时率、改良儿童疼痛行为评分(MBPS)、不良反应及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:将系统护理干预应用于小儿预防接种,能够显著提高接种及时率,改善不良反应,在减轻儿童疼痛感的同时提高护理满意度。
Objective: To analyze and explore the application of systemic nursing on pediatric vaccination,and to study its effect on the timely vaccination rate,pain and adverse reactions. Methods: Two hundreds and eighty children who received vaccination from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and the children were divided into two groups according to difference nursing programs,140 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given systemic nursing intervention. The timely vaccination rate,pain score,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed. Results: The timely vaccination rate,modified behavioral pain scale( MBPS),incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of system nursing intervention to pediatric vaccination can significantly improve the timely vaccination rate and improve the adverse reactions of vaccination. It can not only reduce the pain of children,but also can improve the nursing satisfaction.
