摘要
番茄斑萎病毒(Tomato spotted wilt virus,TSWV)是目前已知的寄主范围最广、危害最严重的植物病毒之一。采集北京市顺义地区疑似感染病毒病的莴苣叶片,症状表现为严重的叶片斑驳褪绿、矮化,甚至整株枯萎死亡,发病率可达25%以上;结合发病症状和分子检测技术,证明其病原为番茄斑萎病毒属的TSWV。进一步基于TSWV外壳蛋白基因序列对不同国家和国内其他地区TSWV的进化关系进行了比较分析,结果显示北京地区莴苣中的TSWV与国内已报道的TSWV差异较大,而与西班牙分离的TSWV进化关系最近,表明该TSWV病毒非国内其他地区传播,而是由国外直接输入的病例。
        Tomato spotted wilt virus(TSWV),with the most wide host range,is also one of the most devastating plant viruses.A serious lettuce virus disease was observed in a greenhouse in Shunyi District,Beijing. The infected symptoms exhibited as chlorotic spots in leaves,internode shortening,black streaks on stems,and even dieback in whole plants.According to preliminary statistics,the disease incidence is over 25%.These symptoms are highly similar to those on lettuce infected with TSWV.To identify the pathogen,the infected lettuce were identified by RT-PCR method with TSWV-specific primers.The results approved that all tested samples were infected with TSWV.Base on NP gene,phylogenetic tree between TSWV isolated in this study and other TSWV reported in other regions and foreign countries were constructed.The tree indicated that the new TSWV identify in this study is distinctly different from TSWV reported in China,but close cluster with TSWV isolated in Spain and other foreign countries,indicating that the new TSWV in Beijing may be a new invasive species invaded and accompanied with plants introduction.
