摘要
本文以12Cr2Ni4渗碳钢为试验材料,对易于变形的大尺寸薄壁渗碳淬火齿轮的工艺孔数量及比例关系,采用按比例缩小的试验齿轮,进行了渗碳淬火工艺过程的畸变量试验。结论是将工艺孔的数量由原来呈4或者4的倍数关系,改进为呈3或者3的倍数关系,且吊装、工艺孔单独或者所有工艺孔整体都呈圆周均布后,畸变量大幅减小,平均减小了60%。也说明了三角形的稳定性原理,在抗畸变上同样具有稳定性的作用。
In this paper,12Cr2Ni4 carburizing steel was used as the test material,and the distortion test in the process of carburizing and quenching was carried out by the scaled-down simulated comparative gear for hole numbers and proportion on easily deformed thin-wall carburizing and quenching gears. The conclusion showed that the number of holes was changed from 4 or 4 multiples to 3 or 3 multiples,meanwhile the lifting and single process hole or all process holes was entirely uniform distribution in circumference. The distortion reduced greatly and the average distortion reduced by 60%. This is also to explain the stability principle of the triangle,and have the function of gear stability on anti-distortion.
