张仁主任针灸治疗眼病经验

摘要
张仁主任对疑难眼病的针灸治疗颇具心得,除取十二经穴外,尤重视经外奇穴。除眼部穴位外,张仁主任还运用耳穴贴压、梅花针叩刺、穴位注射配合治疗相关眼病。张仁主任在穴位组方方面强调局部取穴与远道取穴相结合,注重针刺手法,施以小幅快速提插捻转手法,使患者感到眼周有强烈的酸胀感。操作上根据病患的疾病特点利用透穴以提高疗效,在快速准确刺入穴位后,利用捻转提插法、导气法达到"气至病所"。张仁主任治疗眼底疾病基本方为新明1、风池、上睛明、球后穴,穴位组合具有条畅气血、明目养神之功。
Director ZHANG Ren has a lot of experience in acupuncture for difficult eye diseases. In addition to taking the twelve meridian points,he especially attaches to the special acupoints. In addition to eye acupuncture points,Director ZHANG Ren also used ear acupoint,plum blossom needle stab,and acupoint injection to treat related eye diseases.Director ZHANG Ren emphasized the combination of local acupoints and distant apoints,paying attention to the acupuncture manipulation method,and applying a small rapid insertion and transformation method to make the patient feel a strong sense of soreness around the eyes. According to the patient' s disease characteristics,point penetration is used to improve the curative effect. After fast and accurate puncture of points,twisting,lifting and inserting and guild qi are used to achieve"qi extending affected parts". Director ZHANG Ren's basic prescription for the treatment of fundus diseases is Xinming 1,Fengchi,Shangjingming and Qiuhou acupoints. The combination of acupoints has the function of smoothing qi and blood and bright eyes and nourishing spirit.
