腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开腹手术治疗胆结石的疗效比较研究

摘要
目的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开腹手术治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法选取攀枝花市仁和区人民医院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的胆结石患者130例,根据治疗方案分为开腹组和腹腔镜组,各65例。开腹组患者采用传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗,腹腔镜组患者采用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、镇痛次数、排气时间及住院时间,并观察两组患者并发症发生情况。结果腹腔镜组患者手术时间、排气时间、住院时间短于开腹组,术中出血量、镇痛次数少于开腹组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组患者并发症发生率低于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床效果优于传统开腹手术,其可更有效地减少患者术中出血量,缩短康复时间,且安全性较高。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional laparotomy for gallstones.Methods A total of 130 cases of gallstones patients were selected from June 2016 to June 2017 in Panzhihua Renhe District People's Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatments,65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The operation time,amount of bleeding,analgesia times,exhaust time and length of stay were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed.Results The observation group of operation time,exhaust time and length of stay were shorter than control group,the amount of bleeding,analgesia times were less than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a better clinical effect in the treatment of cholelithiasis than traditional laparotomy,it can more effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten recovery time,and with higher safety.
