<正>1概况免疫抑制剂是对机体的免疫反应具有抑制作用的药物,抑制免疫反应相关细胞(T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞等)的增殖和功能[1],临床上主要用于自身免疫性/炎症性疾病、移植后排异反应和严重过敏反应。常用的免疫抑制剂主要有五类~([1-2]):(1)糖皮质激素类,如可的松和强的松;(2)细胞毒类药物,如硫唑嘌呤、氨甲喋呤、环磷酰胺、霉酚酸酯等;(3)
