摘要
葡萄糖氧化酶作为一种氧化还原酶,能够消耗氧气和β-D-葡萄糖生成过氧化氢和葡萄糖酸。本文介绍了葡萄糖氧化酶的性质、结构及其催化机制,特别是对其在饲料中的应用及作用机理进行了论述,以期能够为葡萄糖氧化酶的进一步开发利用提供帮助。
        Glucose oxidase,as an oxidoreductase, can consume oxygen and β-D-glucose to produce hydrogen peroxide and gluconic acid. This paper introduced the properties, structure and action mechanism of glucose oxidase. Especially discussed the application and action mechanism of glucose oxidase in feed. The purpose of this paper was to provide help for the further development and utilization of glucose oxidase.
