摘要
为了探究沥青混合料的疲劳断裂特性,研究了温度和空隙率与沥青混合料的疲劳断裂性能的相关性,改进广义J积分疲劳裂缝扩展模型以对疲劳断裂过程进行量化.采用MTS材料测试系统研究不同的温度和空隙率条件下不同类型沥青混合料的疲劳裂纹扩展情况,并通过回归分析得到了裂纹扩展模型中相关参数的数值并分析了其的变化情况.结果表明,在不考虑温度条件下,修正过的广义J积分模型可以反映出荷载条件和疲劳特性的相关性;在高温和大空隙率的情况下,沥青混合料的裂纹扩展速度明显加快;与密级配沥青混合料相比,SMA混合料的疲劳裂纹扩展速度和材料的空隙率相关性较小.
        In order to explore the fatigue fracture characteristics of asphalt mixture, the correlation between temperature and porosity and the fatigue fracture performance of asphalt mixture was studied. The generalized J-integral fatigue crack propagation model was improved to quantify the fatigue fracture process. The MTS material testing system was used to study the fatigue crack growth of different types of asphalt mixtures under different temperatures and void ratios. Through regression analysis, the values of relevant parameters in the crack growth model were obtained and their changes were analyzed. The results show that the modified generalized J-integral model can reflect the correlation between load conditions and fatigue characteristic without considering temperature conditions. Under the conditions of high temperature and large air void ratio, the crack propagation rate of asphalt mixture is obviously accelerated. Compared with the graded asphalt mixture, the fatigue crack propagation rate of SMA mixture has less correlation with the air void of material.
