孕期综合管理对孕产妇妊娠并发症及妊娠结局的影响

摘要
目的讨论孕期综合管理方法对孕产妇妊娠并发症、妊娠结局的影响。方法按照孕产妇入院时间随机将在我院产科分娩的186例初产妇分成两组,每组93例。对照组仅行孕期常规保健检查,观察组同时接受孕期综合管理。比较两组妊娠期并发症、分娩前情绪变化、分娩方式以及妊娠结局。结果观察组孕产妇妊娠期并发症发生率低于对照组,分娩前焦虑、抑郁得分均低于对照组,顺产率高于对照组,巨大儿、早产儿、新生儿窒息及低出生体重儿的总发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论孕期综合管理能缓解孕产妇分娩前焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,减少孕产妇妊娠期并发症发生情况,提高产妇自然分娩率,提升母婴健康与生命安全的保障水平,在初孕产妇妊娠期间推广应用的价值较高。
Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive management on pregnancy complications and outcomes. Methods According to the maternal admission time, a total of 186 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 93 cases in each group. The control group only received routine health examination during pregnancy, and the observation group additionally received comprehensive management of pregnancy. We compared gestational complications, pre-delivery emotional changes, mode of delivery, and pregnancy outcomes between two groups. Results The incidence of maternal complications during pregnancy was lower in the observation group than in the control group. The anxiety and depression scores of pregnant women before childbirth were lower than those in the control group. The spontaneous delivery rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group. The total incidence of macrosomia, preterm infants, neonatal asphyxia and low birth weight infants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The above differences were statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive management during pregnancy can alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression before childbirth, reduce maternal pregnancy complications, improve spontaneous delivery rate, ensure maternal and child life safety, which is worth to promote in clinic.
