颈性眩晕给予超微针刀结合三维平衡整脊治疗的意义观察

摘要
目的分析观察颈性眩晕给予超微针刀结合三维平衡整脊治疗的意义。方法选取我院2017年1月—12月期间所接收的68例颈性眩晕患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各34例,对照组接受常规的针刺治疗,观察组实施超微针刀结合三维平衡整脊治疗,对2组患者临床症状与功能评分、临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组;观察组治疗后的症状与功能评分明显优于对照组,数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颈性眩晕患者实施超微针刀结合三维平衡整脊治疗,可以使患者的临床症状得以有效缓解,治疗效果显著。
Objective To analyze the significance of ultramicro acupotomy combined with three dimensional balanced chiropractic therapy in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods 68 cases of cervical vertigo received during January 2017 to 2017 December of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group. The control group received conventional acupuncture treatment. The observation group carried out the treatment of the ultramicro acupotomy combined with three dimensional balanced chiropractic therapy. The clinical symptoms,function scores and clinical treatment between the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,the symptom and function score of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference of the data was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The ultramicro acupotomy combined with three dimensional balanced chiropractic therapy can relieve clinical symptoms,and has significant effect.
