掌上电脑在病案流程闭环管理中的应用

摘要
加强病案管理工作对医院的科学运作管理和维护良好医患关系具有深远意义。病案流通管理是以收集、整理、分析、贮存和检索病案为主要内容的复杂管理行为,是病案管理的重要组成部分。为了提升病案室工作质量与效率,某院通过增加电子病历系统的新病案首页电子条形码,应用条形码扫描识别技术,自主开发了一套运用掌上电脑的病案流程示踪系统,通过实际运用证明,能够准确地对病案进行一系列实时追踪以及电子化归档管理,及时提供病案的示综信息,灵活掌握病案的流向和使用情况,真正实现病案流程闭环管理无纸化。
It has far-reaching significance to strengthen medical record management work for scientific operation management and maintenance of good doctor-patient relationship in the hospital. Medical record circulation management is a complex management behavior which includes the collection, sorting, analysis, storage and retrieval of medical record as the main content. It is an important part of medical record management. In order to improve work quality and efficiency, a hospital independently developed a set of the medical record process using PDA tracer system by increasing Electronic bar code of new medical record front page in the electronic medical record system. After the application of bar code scanning identification technology, managers can reach a series of real-time accurately tracking and the electronic archive management, provide all information of medical records,agility mastery the flow of medical record and service condition, achieve paperless medical record process closed loop management.
