信息化推动多院区病案一体化管理

摘要
从病案管理的角度探讨信息化建设在多院区一体化管理中的重要作用。介绍病案科病案管理工作中使用的四个主要信息平台,及其在病案管理工作流程中各自的作用。三院区借助于相同的、互联互通的信息化平台,病案科实现了从管理模式、信息平台、人力资源到工作流程的一体化管理。一体化的信息平台为医院节约了信息化建设和维护的成本,为三院区病案一体化管理奠定了基础。三院区同品质一体化的病案管理模式提高了病案管理人员的工作效率,为患者复印病案,医务人员借阅病案以及科研数据检索提供了更方便快捷的服务。
The importance of Informatization in the medical record integrated management of hospital with multi-branches has been discussed. Four main information platforms and their respective roles in the work-flow of medical record management are introduced. We achieved Integrated management of management mode, information platforms, human resources and work-flow with the same, interconnected information platforms in Hospital with Multi-branches. The use of same information platforms saves the cost of information construction and maintenance and lays a foundation for the integrated medical record management. It has been proved in practice that the Integrated medical record management has improved the working efficiency of the medical record managers. It provided the patients and clinical workers with more convenient and quick services to copy medical records, to borrow medical records and to retrieve data for scientific research.
