摘要
目的旨在变革传统的以经验为主的评价模式,建立一套基于病种管理的,具有客观性、可比性、可操作性的临床医师工作绩效评价指标体系。方法采用专家咨询、文献查阅等方法筛选评价指标,运用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果建立了包含3个维度(医疗效率、医疗质量与安全、病种难度与广度)、11个二级指标的医师临床绩效评价体系。结论以病种管理为基础的评价体系可量化比较临床绩效,具有一定创新性。
Objective: To change the traditional evaluation model based on experience,and establish a set of work performance evaluation index system of clinical physicians with objectivity,comparability,and operability. Method: The authors,with expert consultation and literature review,determine the index w eight by means of selecting evaluation index and analytic hierarchy process.Result: A system of doctor's clinical performance evaluation of three dimension (medical efficiency,medical quality and safety,and difficulty and breadth of disease),and 11 index of the secondary indicators are formed. Conclusion: The evaluation system based on management by disease can do the quantitative comparison of clinical performance,which is of some innovation.
