自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗Ⅱ-Ⅳ度内痔的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:分析自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗Ⅱ-Ⅳ度内痔的临床效果。方法:以90例Ⅱ-Ⅳ度内痔患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组45例,对照组采用传统微波辐射术治疗,研究组采用自动痔疮套扎术治疗,比较两组手术时间、术后恢复时间、治疗的总有效率及并发症发生率。结果:与对照组相比,研究组手术时间短,术后恢复快,治疗的总有效率高,并发症发生率明显低,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:RPH操作简单,术后痛苦轻微,疗效显著且很少有并发症,是一种安全、高效的Ⅱ-Ⅳ度内痔手术治疗方案。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids(RPH) in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.Methods: Ninety patients with hemorrhoids in our hospital were selected in our study and randomly divided into control group and study group, each group with 45 patients. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional microwave radiation, while patients in the study group were treated with RPH surgery. Then, the operation time, postoperative recovery time, the total effective rate of treatment, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The operation time, postoperative recovery time and complication rate of study group were significantly lower than that of control group. The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the traditional microwave radiation surgery, RPH has many advantages like simple to operate, with little postoperative pain, significant curative effect and few complica-tions. All of which make RPH be a safe and effective surgical treatment for Ⅱ-Ⅳ internal hemorrhoids.
