直肠上动脉介入栓塞术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ度内痔63例疗效观察

摘要
为观察直肠上动脉介入栓塞术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ度内痔的疗效,将Ⅱ～Ⅳ度内痔患者126例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组采用传统痔疮手术治疗,观察组采用直肠上动脉介入栓塞术治疗,对比2组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、创面愈合时间及各项临床指标的评分。结果显示,观察组患者手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者术中出血量显著少于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者肛门失禁评分、术后疼痛评分、创面出血评分及肛缘水肿评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,Ⅱ～Ⅳ度内痔采用直肠上动脉介入栓塞术治疗效果显著,具有手术创口小,手术时间、住院时间短,术中出血量少等优点。
This study was to observe the effect of superior rectal artery intervention embolization(SRAIE)in the treatment ofⅡ-Ⅳgrade internal hemorrhoids,randomly divided 126 patients with this hemorrhoids into control group(63 cases,received routine surgery for hemorrhoids)and observation group(63 cases,adopted above SRAIE),and compared operative time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume,wound-surface healing time,and all clinical norms' score between the two groups.As results,in the time for operation,for hospitalization,and for wound-surface healing;in intraoperative bleeding volume,as well as in the score on anal incontinence,on postoperative pain,on bleeding from anus,and ano-edege edema observation group was respectively shorter,less,as well as lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that forⅡ-Ⅳgrade internal hemorrhoids SRAIE has significantl effect,and such merits as small operative wound,short operative and hospitalization time,and less intraoperative,etc.
