耳尖放血+痤疮合剂联合粉刺针清术治疗肺胃热盛痤疮随机平行对照研究

摘要
[目的]观察耳尖放血联合痤疮合剂治疗肺胃热盛痤疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组;粉刺针清术排出面部粉刺。对照组35例异维A酸,1mg/(kg·d),1次/d,口服。治疗组35例(1)痤疮合剂,50m L/次,3次/d;(2)耳尖放血。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮损积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床治愈10例,显效17例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.29%;对照组临床治愈3例,显效10例,有效13例,无效9例,总有效率74.29%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。皮损积分治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]耳尖放血+痤疮合剂联合粉刺针清术治疗肺胃热盛痤疮,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe erjian bloodletting joint mixture in the treatment of lung and stomach's hotness acne acne effect.
