痤疮合剂对金黄地鼠皮脂腺及性激素影响

摘要
目的:观察痤疮合剂对金黄地鼠皮脂腺及性激素的影响。方法:将全部40只金黄地鼠随机分成5组,分别为:模型对照组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组、清热暗疮胶囊组。中药低、中、高剂量组按等效剂量的3、6、9倍剂量给药,每日1次。清热暗疮胶囊按照人和金黄地鼠等效剂量给药,连续治疗14 d。于实验第14天后对各项指标进行观察对比。结果:皮脂腺显微结构下重叠叶数、皮脂腺斑面积、血清睾酮、雌二醇中药高、中、低剂量组均较模型组改善明显。结论:痤疮合剂能明显减少金黄地鼠皮脂腺叶数,减少皮脂腺斑面积,降低金黄地鼠血清中的睾酮水平,增加雌二醇水平,从而达到防治痤疮的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of acne mixture on sebaceous glands and sex hormones in rats. Methods:All 40 golden hamsters were randomly divided into 5 groups,respectively:model control group,low-dose group of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine dose group,high dose of Chinese medicine group,Qingre Anchuang Capsule group. According to Qingre Anchuang Capsule and golden hamster equivalent dose,for 14 consecutive days. After fourteenth days of experiment,the indexes were observed and compared. Results:The number of overlapped leaves,the area of sebaceous glands,serum testosterone,estradiol,high,middle and low dose groups were significantly improved compared with the model group. Conclusion:Acne mixture can significantly reduce the golden hamster sebaceous gland leaf number,reduce sebaceous gland area,lower serum testosterone levels in hamsters,increase estradiol levels,so as to achieve the role of prevention and treatment of acne.
