优质中医护理对胃癌手术患者的影响效果研究

摘要
目的探讨优质中医护理对胃癌手术患者的临床效果观察。方法选取自2016年5月至2017年5月于大连市中医医院手术室接受手术治疗的胃癌患者60例,通过信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理,试验组30例,应用优质中医护理,观察两组患者的手术适应性、SAS情绪评分及临床护理满意度。结果试验组手术适应性评分及SAS情绪评分明显低于对照组,临床护理满意度高于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论优质中医护理干预方案可有效减轻患者的生理、心理负面影响,缓解不良情绪,激发患者治疗信心,增强手术适应性及依从性,护理满意度理想,临床可广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality Chinese nursing care on gastric cancer patients. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 60 patients with gastric cancer undergoing surgery in the operating room of Dalian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided.The control group received 30 cases of conventional nursing. Application of high quality Chinese medicine care, observation of two groups of patients with surgical adaptability, SAS sentiment scores and clinical nursing satisfaction. Results The surgical adaptability score and SAS emotion score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the clinical nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality nursing intervention program can effectively reduce the patient's physiological, alleviate the negative emotions, stimulate patient confidence in treatment, satisfactory nursing satisfaction, and clinical application.
