摘要
目的:探究维生素D3不同补充时期对早产儿骨密度和身长的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2017年12月入住我院新生儿监护病房的早产儿为研究对象,随机分为早期维生素D_3干预组、常规儿童保健组,每组30例;干预组患儿生后第3 d起每日口服维生素D_3剂量为400IU。结果:常规儿童保健组与早期维生素D_3干预组早产儿相比,纠正月龄在1月龄、2月龄、3月龄以及6月龄四个月龄阶段的骨密度较低及身长较短,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05);纠正月龄在6月龄时,25-羟基维生素D含量较低,而碱性磷酸酶活性较高,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:早产儿尽早添加适量的维生素D_3,可以提高早产儿的维生素D水平,增强骨密度;对提高早产儿健康水平具有重要意义。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of vitamin D3 supplementation periods on bone mineral density(BMD) and body length of premature infants. Methods: Preterm infants admitted to the neonatal care unit of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the early vitamin D3 intervention group and the conventional child care group, with 30 cases in each group. The daily oral dose of vitamin D3 in the intervention group was 400 IU from the third day after birth. Results: Compared with the early vitamin D3 intervention group, the preterm infants in the conventional child care group had lower BMD and shorter body length at the age of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). At the age of 6 months after correction, 25-hydroxy vitamin D content was lower, while alkaline phosphatase activity was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The vitamin D level and bone mineral density of premature infants can be improved by adding adequate vitamin D3 as early as possible. It is of great significance to improve the health of premature infants.
