通络益气方配合氯胺酮椎管内阻滞治疗顽固性带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果观察

摘要
目的评价通络益气方配合氯胺酮椎管内阻滞治疗顽固性带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法将100例顽固性带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为两组,各50例。对照组患者行氯胺酮椎管内阻滞治疗;研究组患者在此基础上联合通络益气方治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后疼痛VAS评分及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,两组患者疼痛VAS评分均有明显下降(P<0.01),研究组患者下降幅度更大(P<0.01);研究组患者治疗后食欲评分和人际交往评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在顽固性带状疱疹后遗神经痛治疗时,采用通络益气方配合氯胺酮椎管内阻滞治疗,能够加快康复速度,降低疼痛感,提升安全性,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tongluo yiqi prescription combined with ketamine intraspinal block in the treatment of intractable postherpetic neuralgia.Methods One hundred cases of intractable postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases.The control group were treated with ketamine intraspinal block,and on this basis,the study group were treated with tongluo yiqi prescription in addition.The pain VAS score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and it decreased more in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.01).The appetite and interpersonal communication scores in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The tongluo yiqi prescription combined with ketamine intraspinal block could accelerate recovery,reduce the pain and improve quality of life score in the treatment of intractable postherpetic neuralgia,and has high popularization value.
