摘要

痿证是由四肢筋络功能障碍引起的一种常见疾病,对患者的生活质量具有极大地影响。"治痿独取阳明"源于《论》,后在《内经》中有相关的探讨与阐述,是中医治疗痿证的主要理论依据。本文以‘阳明’为基点,从手阳明和足阳明两个方向展开,通过‘津’、‘血’纽带作用,探讨‘阳明’与其他脏腑之间的联系,来剖析"治痿独取阳明"的中医内在原理,从而为临床治疗痿证的遣方用药以及针灸治疗选穴方面提供新思路。
        Sputum syndrome is a common disease caused by dysfunction of the extremities and has a great influence on the quality of life of patients. "The treatment of Yangming meridians alone" originated from "Theory", and later in the "Nei Jing" has related discussion and elaboration, is the main theoretical basis for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis in Chinese medicine. Based on ‘Yangming meridians', this paper starts from the two directions of Hand Yangming meridians and Foot Yangming meridians, and explores the relationship between ‘Yangming meridians' and other organs through the role of ‘Jin' and ‘Blood'. The intrinsic principle of traditional Chinese medicine, which takes Yangming meridians alone, provides new ideas for the treatment of clinical treatment of phlegm and blood stasis and acupuncture treatment.
