朱丹溪“泻南补北”法治疗痿证特色初探

摘要
"泻南补北"法最早见于《难经·七十五难》中"东方实,西方虚,泻南方,补北方"。朱丹溪从阴阳出发,结合《黄帝内经》"治痿独取阳明"之论,运用五行生克理论,将"泻南补北"法用于痿证的治疗。法在清心滋肾,滋阴降火,使坎离交姤,护人身阴液,达到金水相生,滋润五脏的功效,从而间接达到"实阳明"的目的。
The method of"Xie Nan Bu Bei" was first seen in the"seventy-five difficulties of difficult times","Oriental truth, Western emptiness, purging the south, and filling the north". ZHU Danxi, starting from Yin and Yang,combined with the theory of"treating impotence and taking Yangming only" in"Huangdi Neijing", used the theory of five lines of birth gram, and used the method of"reducing the south to fill the north" in the treatment of flaccid syndrome.The purpose of the method is to nourish the kidney, nourish the Yin and reduce the fire, make the cam anus leave, and protect the human body, to achieve the efficacy of the golden water, to moisten the the five internal organs,and to achieve the purpose of"Real Yangming" indirectly.
