瘫船稳性薄弱性衡准在实船中的应用研究

摘要
国际海事组织(IMO)正在制定第二代完整稳性衡准,其中的瘫船稳性第二层薄弱性衡准方案还未确定,目前主要有意大利提案和日本提案.研究基于SLF 53/INF.10中日本草案开发了计算瘫船状态倾覆概率计算程序,对13艘实船共39个载况进行计算,并与意大利草案的计算结果进行对比分析,评价两种方法的合理性,指出草案中存在的不足,并提出了衡准值确定的建议,为IMO瘫船稳性衡准的制定提供技术支撑.
        The International Maritime Organization(IMO)decided to develop the second generation of intact stability criteria on harmonic resonance in dead ship condition.There are two proposals from Italy and Japan.Based on the draft text submitted by Japan,a numerical calculation program is developed.In addition,a comparison of the stability performance of thirteen vessels under twFUo numerical computation methods submitted by Japan and Italy is presented in this work.It can provide technical support for IMO to set the intact stability criteria.
