摘要
国际海事组织已基本确定了完整船瘫船状态下的第2层薄弱性倾覆概率评估方法。由于破损舰船在风浪中运动的复杂性,破损舰船瘫船状态下的倾覆概率评估方法还未提出。基于完整船瘫船失效模式评估方法的思想,对破损舰船的横摇运动进行简化,提出一种评价破损舰船瘫船状态下倾覆概率的方法,并利用实船进行计算分析。分析各参数对倾覆概率的影响,研究对称进水和非对称进水这2种情况下的倾覆概率。结果表明:所提的用于评价破损舰船瘫船状态下倾覆概率的方法可行,其中非对称进水更为危险,可为研究破损舰船瘫船稳性提供参考。
        The vulnerability assessment method for dead-ship stability failure mode of intact ships has already been proposed by International Maritime Organization(IMO). However, the relevant method for thedamaged ship has not yet been presented due to the complexity of the damaged ship's motion underdead-ship conditions. Based on the theory of the former case, this paper presents a way of assessing thecapsizing probability of the damaged warship. The method is then verified with the calculating results of actual examples, and the influence of each parameter is discussed. Furthermore, the cases of cross floodingand unsymmetrical flooding are investigated. The method provides certain references for calculating thecapsizing probability of the damaged ship.
