摘要
目的探讨磷酸化酪氨酸激酶2(p-JAK2)在食管鳞癌(ESCC)组织中的表达及意义。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月期间收治的90例ESCC患者,均进行活体组织穿刺和病理切片,用免疫组化法检测ESCC组织与癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中p-JAK2蛋白表达,并分析p-JAK2蛋白表达与性别、年龄及分化程度等临床病理参数的关系。结果 ESCC组织中p-JAK2蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05);p-JAK2蛋白在不同分化程度的ESCC组织中表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高分化的ESCC组织中p-JAK2蛋白阳性表达率高于中、低分化的ESCC组织(P均<0.05),中分化的ESCC组织中p-JAK2蛋白表达率高于低分化的ESCC组织(P<0.05);性别、年龄、浸润程度、病理形态、淋巴结转移及TNM分期等临床病理参数与ESCC组织中p-JAK2蛋白的阳性表达率无关(P均>0.05)。p-JAK2蛋白表达与ESCC的分化程度呈正相关(r_s=0.512,P=0.010)。结论 ESCC组织中p-JAK2蛋白的表达与其分化程度有关,通过检测p-JAK2蛋白的表达可为ESCC患者的预后判断提供参考。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of phosphorylated choline kinase 2(p-JAK2) in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods Ninety patients with ESCC admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were examined by biopsy and pathological section. The expressions of p-JAK2 protein in the ESCC tissues and the adjacent normal esophageal mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between the expression of p-JAK2 protein and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed too.Results The positive rate of p-JAK2 protein expression in the ESCC was higher than that in the adjacent normal esophageal mucosa tissues(P<0.05). The expression of p-JAK2 protein was significantly different in the different differentiation degrees(P<0.05), the p-JAK2 protein positive expression rate of the highly differentiated ESCC was higher than those in the moderately differentiated ESCC and the poorly differentiated ESCC(P<0.05), and the p-JAK2 protein positive expression rate of the moderately differentiated ESCC was higher than that in the poorly differentiated ESCC(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of p-JAK2 protein among the clinicopathological parameters such as morphology, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P>0.05). The expression of p-JAK2 protein was positively correlated with the differentiation degree of ESCC(r_s=0.512, P=0.010).Conclusion The expression of p-JAK2 protein is positively correlated with the differentiation degree of ESCC, detecting the expression of p-JAK2 protein can provide a reference for prognosis judgment of ESCC.
