血清白介素1β、白介素6、白介素8、白介素10和肿瘤坏死因子α成人参考区间的初步建立

摘要
目的初步建立本实验室Immulite 1000分析系统检测血清白介素1β(IL-1β)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、白介素10(IL-10)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的参考区间。方法收集表观健康成年人的血清,采用化学发光免疫分析检测血清中的IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α水平。结果 IL-1β的95%参考区间为<5 pg/mL,IL-6为<2.95 pg/mL,IL-10为<5 pg/mL。IL-8的95%参考区间男性<85.3 pg/mL,女性<67 pg/mL;TNF-α的95%参考区间男性<10.96 pg/mL,女性<9.77 pg/mL。结论初步建立了本实验室的血清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10和TNF-α在Immulite 1000分析系统的参考区间。
Objective To determine the reference intervals of interleukin-1β( IL-1β),interleukin-6( IL-6),interleukin-8( IL-8),interleukin-10( IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor α( TNF-α) in serum on Immulite 1000 analysis system for our laboratory.Methods Serum specimens were collected from apparently healthy individuals. The automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to quantify the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α. Results The 95% reference intervals of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 were<5 pg/mL,<2.95 pg/mL and <5 pg/mL respectively. The 95% reference intervals of IL-8 for male and female were <85.3 pg/mL and<67 pg/mL respectively. The 95% reference intervals of TNF-α for male and female were <10.96 pg/mL and <9.77 pg/mL respectively.Conclusion Preliminarily,we established the reference intervals of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α in serum on Immulite1000 analysis system for our laboratory.
