超声乳化白内障手术与小切口白内障囊外摘除术疗效观察比较

摘要
目的:观察比较超声乳化白内障手术与小切口白内障囊外摘除术的疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院在2014年4月-2018年4月收治的白内障患者240例,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组120例,治疗组实施超声乳化白内障手术,对照组实施小切口白内障囊外摘除术,观察比较两组患者经过治疗后的疗效。结果:经过治疗后,对比两组患者术后的视力与散光程度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比两组患者的并发症发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声乳化白内障手术与小切口白内障囊外摘除术,都能够有效的治疗白内障,小切口白内障囊外摘除术切口小,并发症发生率少一些,应加大程度应用,其次对患者实施手术时应该根据患者的本身不同的情况实施相应适当的手术治疗方法。
Objective:To observe and compare the effect of falsification and small incision capsular cataract extraction.Method:A total of 240 cataract patients treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=120) and control group(n=120).Falsification was performed in the treatment group.Small incision capsular cataract extraction was performed in the control group.Result:After treatment,there was no significant difference in visual acuity and astigmatism between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both phacoemulsification and small incision extracapsular cataract extraction can effectively treat cataract.The degree of application should be increased,and the appropriate surgical treatment should be carried out according to the different conditions of the patients.
