摘要
以木薯淀粉为原料,次氯酸钠和醋酸乙烯酯作为氧化剂和酯化剂,合成了高性能氧化醋酸酯淀粉胶黏剂。反应分为氧化和酯化两个阶段。用正交试验法对工艺参数进行优化。其中,氧化阶段反应条件为:pH 9,次氯酸钠用量4%,温度为50℃,时间1h;酯化阶段反应条件为:pH9,酯化剂用量6%,温度为30℃,时间2h。在白卡纸底涂中使用30%~50%氧化醋酸酯淀粉胶黏剂代替羧基丁苯胶乳不会对白卡纸的物理指标产生较大影响,可以通过添加氧化醋酸酯淀粉胶黏剂配制复合胶乳的方式来降低生产成本。
An oxidized acetate starch-based adhesive with high performance was synthesized from cassava starch,sodium hypochlorite and vinyl acetate.The preparation of the adhesive comprised two phases,i.e.,oxidation and esterification.The process parameters were optimized by orthogonal test.Optimal conditions of the oxidation are: pH 9,sodium hypochlorite dosage 4%,reaction time 1 h,and temperature 50 ℃.Optimal conditions of the esterification are: pH 9,vinyl acetate 6%,reaction time 2 h,and temperature 30℃.The use of 30% ~ 50% oxidized acetate starch adhesive to replace carboxyl butyl benzene in the bottom of white card paper had no significant effect on the physical performances of the paper.The production cost can be reduced by the addition of oxidized acetate starch adhesive.
