学科竞赛对经管类大学生实践能力提升研究

摘要
社会对实践型经营管理人才的迫切需求与大量经管类学生的就业困难形成了强烈对比,这种供求失衡说明了我国高校对经营管理专业人才的培养与现实需求存在较大差距。从就业角度来看,经济管理类专业本科生的实践能力还普遍没有达到用人单位的要求。而学科竞赛近年来成为高校大学生实践能力培养的重要切入点之一。通过对各类型高校经管类专业学生参与学科竞赛的调查,了解参赛学生参赛的动机、学生提升社会实践能力的途径、分析学科专业竞赛与大学生实践能力提升的相关度并探讨改善高校学科专业竞赛的组织和激励机制。有助于高校经管类专业人才培养的正确定位,转变重理论、轻实践的人才培养模式。
The strong demand for practical management talents in society is in sharp contrast with the employment difficulties of a large number of economic management students. This imbalance between supply and demand indicates that there is a big gap between the cultivation of professional management talents and the actual needs of colleges and universities in China. From the perspective of employment, the practical ability of undergraduates in economic management majors has generally not met the requirements of employers. In recent years, the subject competition has become one of the important entry points for the cultivation of college students' practical ability. Through the investigation of the participation of various economics and management students in various types of colleges and universities, the motivation of participating students, the ways for students to improve their social practice ability, the correlation between academic competitions and the improvement of practical ability of college students, and the improvement of academic competitions in colleges and universities are discussed.
