银屑病患者辨证治疗效果及对血清t-IgE、ECP的变化研究

摘要
目的探讨对银屑病患者予以中医辨证治疗的效果,并分析辨证治疗对血清总免疫球蛋白E(t-Ig E)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平的影响。方法对2015年4月—2016年9月收治的76例银屑病患者进行随机分组处理,分别予以西药治疗(常规组)和中医辨证治疗(辨证组),每组38例,对比2组临床效果及相关血清指标变化情况。结果治疗前2组患者的血清t-Ig E、ECP水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后辨证组的血清t-Ig E、ECP水平分别为(62.32±9.75)ku/L、(4.01±1.08)μg/L,均低于常规组;辨证组有相对更高的治疗总有效率,且辨证组的1年复发率相对更低,组间差异确切(P<0.05)。结论对银屑病予以中医辨证治疗,不仅有利于改善疗效、降低复发率,且有利于降低血清t-Ig E、ECP水平,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of psoriasis patients treated with TCM syndrome differentiation, and to analyze the TCM syndrome differentiation treatment on the level of t-Ig E and ECP. Methods 76 patients with psoriasis in our hospital from April2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with Western medicine(routine group) and TCM syndrome differentiation respectively(syndrome differentiation group) respectively. There were 38 cases in each group. Comparison on curative effect and related serum indexes change compared. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of t-Ig E and ECP between the two groups before treatment( P>0.05). The t-Ig E and ECP of the syndrome differentiation group were( 62.32 ±9.75) ku/L,( 4.01 ±1.08) g/L after treatment, which were lower than the routine group. The total effective rate of the syndrome differentiation group was high, and the one-year recurrence rate of syndrome differentiation group was low. The difference between groups was definite(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of psoriasis not only improves the curative effect and reduces the recurrence rate, but also reduces the level of serum t-Ig E and ECP. It is worth popularizing and applying.
