辨证分期联合阿维A治疗银屑病随机平行对照研究

摘要
[目的]观察辨证分期联合阿维A治疗银屑病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例阿维A,30mg/次,1次/d;后据病情增加剂量,最大不超过75mg/d。治疗组60例辨证分期:1发展期土槐饮(土茯苓15g,蝉蜕、当归、赤芍、刺蒺藜、白鲜皮各13g,银花30g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早中晚口服;2静止期桃红四物汤(桃仁、红花、白术、茯苓、莪术、皂角刺、露蜂房各10g,当归15g,川芎、全蝎各6g,益母草30g,连翘20g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;3消退期当归饮子(当归、防风12g,川芎、荆芥各9g,白芍药、白蒺藜,何首乌各15g,生地25g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、PASI评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效38例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈5例,显效29例,有效13例,无效13例,总有效率78.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。PASI评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]辨证分期联合阿维A治疗银屑病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
