摘要
分析了某发电集团火电厂废水排放要求,总结了火电厂水处理系统现状,提出了相应的火电厂废水治理思路及对策,并指出火电厂废水治理项目应在开展水务查定,完善废水监测系统,加强管理节水和现有水处理设备诊断的基础上,开展可行性研究,优化方案设计,同时应强化立项和工程管理,此外还需加强工程投运后的运行维护。高盐废水治理是火电厂废水治理的难点,本文对高盐废水浓缩软化预处理阶段与浓缩减量阶段的相关工艺进行了分析比较,需根据各电厂实际情况,选择经济合理的技术方案。
        The wastewater discharge requirements of thermal power plants under a power generation group are analyzed. The present situation of the water treatment systems are summarized. The ideas and countermeasures for wastewater treatment of thermal power plants are put forward. It points out that, on the basis of carrying out water affairs checking, perfecting wastewater monitoring system, strengthening management of water saving and diagnosis of existing water treatment equipments, the feasibility study should be carried out, the project design should be optimized, and the project establishment and management should be strengthened. Moreover, the operation and maintenance of the project should be strengthened after the project is put into operation. In addition,the high-salt wastewater treatment is a difficult point during the wastewater processing for coal-fired power plants. The relative technologies of the softening pretreatment stage and the concentration reduction stage for high-salt wastewater concentration are analyzed. It suggests that the economical and reasonable technology solutions be selected according to the actual situation of each power plant.
