某造纸厂纸机白水生化处理系统的工程应用研究

摘要
以某草浆造纸厂纸机白水的升级改造工程为依托,对其生化处理系统进行工程调试,重点考察了水温、水力停留时间、容积负荷等参数对生化系统运行性能的影响。结果表明,温度较高时(20~25℃),生化系统对COD和SS的平均去除率比较低水温时(15~20℃)分别提升了15.79%与16.96%,达到81.66%与61.96%;延长生化系统水力停留时间至36 h,系统出水水质良好(COD<60 mg/L,SS<10 mg/L)。通过改变生化系统的水力停留时间可以使工艺出水水质达到造纸部分环节的用水水质标准。
        In order to improve the effluent quality,biochemical process was used in the upgrading of a pulp paper machine white water treatment plant.Combined with the commissioning of the biochemical system,the effect of temperature,HRT,volume load and other parameters on the pollutants removal was explored.Experimental results showed that the average removal rates of COD and SS at 20-25 ℃were 15.79% and 16.96% higher than that at 15-20 ℃,reaching 81.66% and 61.96% respectively.After extending hydraulic retention time of aeration tank to 36 h,the effluent COD and SS were reduced to below 60 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively.Effluent quality could reach the standard of recycling water in different processes such as pulping and paper making by adjusting the HRT of aerobic tank.
