清洁生产在低碳经济中的策略与实践探究
摘要
社会发展根本目标的转变,工业化产业变革引发的生态问题,使得经济发展形势与环境治理的矛盾逐步加深,平衡生态效益与生产效益之间的关系成为各国建设生态社会的重要课题。在此基础之上,以低碳经济为发展理念,大力推进清洁生产模式在产能过剩行业的改革进程,引领绿色经济发展浪潮,成为政府与企业实现可持续性发展的重要实践方向。
The transformation of the fundamental objectives of social development and the ecological problems caused by the reform of industrialized industries have gradually deepened the contradiction between the situation of economic development and environmental governance. Balancing the relationship between ecological benefits and production benefits has become an important issue in the construction of ecological society in various countries. On this basis, taking the low-carbon economy as the development concept, it is intended to vigorously promote the reform process of cleaner production model in overcapacity industriesand lead the green economy to become an important practical direction for the government and enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
